For the sample treatment, different materials were evaluated for filtration and purification of the extract. To increase the performances in terms of sensitivity, a preconcentration to small volume was introduced before liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry analysis on a µBondapak C18 column using d3-acrylamide as internal standard. For identification, relative retention time and two diagnostic ions were monitored.
