This methodology report describes the procedures used to analyse food consumption and adherence
to food-based dietary guideline in the Brussels-Capital Region and the German-speaking Community,
based on data from the 2022-2023 Food Consumption Survey.
Food consumption in the additional sample of Brussels and the German-speaking Community was
