The infrequent serotype Salmonella enterica subsp.(I) enterica serotype Abony (4,5 : b : enx) was detected in the human sample as well as in the pet turtle&amp;#39;s faeces. The importance of regulation and public awareness is highlighted.&lt;/p&gt;
