Sciensano has further increased security measures to protect its IT infrastructure. As a consequence, some of our clients have reported that they can no longer send e-mails to Sciensano. (They receive a message that their mail could not be delivered and was refused by Sciensano.)
If you encounter this problem, please contact your IT department and ask them to correctly configure your organisation’s “Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record”.
