Description
Sciensano invites you to take part in the seminar “Well-being of healthcare and welfare professionals” — a day of exchange and dialogue dedicated to exploring one key question:
What policy choices and conditions are needed to sustainably improve the well-being of healthcare and welfare professionals?
To better understand these challenges, Sciensano, on behalf of the FPS Public Health, has developed the Be.well.pro monitor — a tool that provides valuable insights into the experiences, needs and expectations of healthcare and welfare professionals across Belgium.
The goal of this study day is to:
- share the results of the Be.well.pro monitor more widely,
- bring together Belgian policymakers and key stakeholders,
- and jointly identify concrete actions to promote sustainable well-being at work.
Join us to contribute to shaping a healthier, more supportive environment for those who care for others.
