Marte Bartholomeeusen MSc

Marte earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences (2021), followed by a Master’s in Management (2022), both from KU Leuven. After two months of travelling abroad, she began her professional journey in November 2022 as a Junior Consultant in Life Sciences at Capgemini Engineering, where she contributed to internal projects including networking sessions and regulatory updates. In February 2023, she joined SGS as a Clinical Data Manager, supporting Sanofi’s global Fitusiran study, which focuses on treatments for hemophilia A and B. Since July 2025, Marte has been working as a scientist at Sciensano in the Health Indicators department, contributing to EU projects such as BEST-COST and JA Prevent NCD, and applying her multidisciplinary background to public health research.
