As a scientific collaborator for Sciensano, Sophia Barhdadi is responsible for the coordination of the analysis of e-liquid samples acquired from health authority inspections. She obtained her doctoral degree in pharmaceutical sciences with her research on the chemical and toxicological assessment of e-cigarette liquids. She is continuing her research on e-cigarettes and related products in Sciensano. She is co-responsible for the development of methods for quality control of pharmaceutical preparations and the coordination of the analysis of medicines from the pharmaceutical inspection.
